The first order I placed arrived on time and overall the service was good, however every order since then has been a nightmare. I placed a order for a item to take on holiday I received an e-mail confirming my order and the expected delivery date advising me that the item I ordered is not in stock and they do not know if or when they will have any more ( this did not stop them from debiting my card). How could the item not be in stock as if thet was the case at the time of ordering it would not have allowed me to select it and put in my basket?. I have sent numerous e-mails to the customer service department and to date have not had a response. overall they have nice things but the customer service at ASOS is CRAP!!
