A delight to speak directly to an advisor at National Farmers Union (no options to press, no delay for "unexpected high call volumes")
Very polite and helpful advisor.
Very competative quote for car insurance, and no problem about being city-based.
No compulsory excess for accidents.

    I found this review very helpful because...Have I found the right insurance company at last read comments on most of the other sites and they sound awful my insurance company at the moment are Fortis DO NOT USE THEM has anyone claimed from NFU and had good or bad dealings please let me know
