After reading the reviews above I became quite worried as I had already placed my order and it sounded like they were reluctant to give refunds etc. However, my wheel and tyre turned up two days after ordering (8:30am), was correct and well packaged and I can't fault them. Although the "Live chat" feature doesn't work, I gave them a ring on Tuesday (order placed on Monday) to check that everything was OK, as my order status hadn't moved on, and they said it would be with me tomorrow (and it was). Very good overall. Although I was ordering a single wheel and tyre (one of mine is bent), the feature that shows you which wheels will fit is very useful. Don't write them off completely as I can say that my experience with Rochford Tyres was good.
