I have bought from GemsTV for over a year now. In the beginning, their jewelry was fantastic, beautiful! I have to say that the last few items I have purchased were NOT what they appeared to be on TV. However, they do say it is magnified x22. It is very deceiving. The items are so much smaller than they show on TV. I purchased a dendritic quartz ring, a new gem. It was absolutely the biggest disappointment EVER! The stone was dull and there were no "trees" in it. It went back. The silver omega chain was my first purchase. It tarnished. I called them and they told me to buy one of their cleaning cloths. I did. It hasn't helped. I have to clean it "daily" with this cloth, but it will never look like it did when I purchased it. I actually have sent back at least 40+ items because they were not as they appeared on TV. I'm so done with GemsTV. The addiction is so over.
