United Airlines worst airline ever!! On 08/18/2009 I was flying from Sacramento, CA to Oklahoma City, OK. I was supposed to fly from Sacramento to Denver (flight 410) and then take a connecting flight form Denver to Oklahoma City (flight 5854). On the fight from SMF to DEN our flight was delayed for 40 + minutes because of some kind of technical problems with the airplane. Because of that delay, I missed my connecting flight from Denver to Oklahoma City, which was obviously not my fault. As a result, I spent 9 hours at Denver airport. Boarding personal was not helpful at all, but mean and ignorant. I felt like a piece of trash being kicked around from gate to gate. They would send me to gates B89, B60, B39 and so on. It seemed like no one wanted to deal with my problem. Being FAA employee myself, I'm very disappointed. I will never suggest anyone to use United Airlines as their airline carrier. Also, I would suggest GovTrip to remove United Airlines from a list of their primary airline carriers for FAA employees..
