We use the Manchester to Murcia or Alicante route of jet2 frequently and have no complaints at all. Like all low cost carriers, you need to read the small print and if you do it's a really excellent service.
We've never had a delay, the airline staff are professional and friendly, the pre-booked meals are good value. Unlike other low-cost carriers, like Ryanair and Easyjet you can pick your seats.
I find them excellent.
