Non-existent customer service at Natwest and complete lack of any attempt at complaint resolution.
They increased my business loan payments drastically when interest rates went up - as per `flexible loan' agreement. But have refused now for 12 months to reduce them when interest rates have been reduced.
I don't understand why they will not simply honour the written agreement to vary payments in accordance with the base rate of interest - that means down as well as up.
They owe me >£1500 in overpayments. Utterly disgusted.
