When we booked our vacation we specified a jeep cherokee and dollar car rental confirmed it twice.Land at mco and the guy at the desk said none were available.We could have a cheaper car or upgrade to a suburban for more money.We got cross and refused to give in.AND surprise surprise a jeep was available.The chap at the counter was unpleasant.Ihave used budget in the past and would thoroughly recommend them over the cowboys at dollar.Also budget's toll pass system is better than dollar's as you only pay for the toll roads used and not $20 per week as charged by dollar.We had platinum car insurance from our holiday booking and yet Dollar tried to sell us more insurance.My advice is to stick to your guns.
