BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
Streamline.Net are so stuck into "i'm not allowed to do this" that they are generally useless.
fair enough value for money but the speed in incredibly slow because they have so many accounts on one server.
I changed billing details because they have a habit of renewing without telling you, and therefore stopped the auto renewal. They have now locked down my account and i have to wait 2 months before i can even CANCEL the account.
I had 6 domains with them, but they are going to go due to their uselessness.
It was good in the beginning, but now they have become like any other mass provider, forgetting customers and what they might need.
