There are not enough words on this review box to outline the details of abysmal 'service' that my partner and I have recieved from Vodafone over the last 6 months. My partner was with vodafone and I switched when they offered us a package if he recommended a friend. Unfortunately they then mucked up every single aspect of the set up - to the point where after a total of 20 (no joke) hours of phonecalls, my partner left. I am now stuck with them until my 18 months is up and already they have charged me 3 months worth of false charges. I have been calling and faxing and unsucessfully trying to reclaim my money since mid June now (2months) and still no joy. They have been the single most inefficient and unhelpful and downright rude company I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. I would formally complain if I didn't know they'd just chuck my letter in the bin. (It won't let me give 0 stars...but I would)
