Having a home study installed by Neville Johnson was plain sailing from start to finish. The initial sales consultation and drawings were professional and efficient. The company kept us informed of timescales and the installation was carried out by experts in their trade. The quality of the furniture is very good and the end result looks excellent.
The only problems were that the fitting felt quite rushed/unfriendly, and there was a disappointing discrepancy between the detailed plans and one part of the manufactured furniture.
