I have dealt with plenty of motor insurance companies and I have found More Than to be the worst I have dealt with. I dont have a problem wih overseas call centres the problem I have is that they dont seem to insure against very much. You cant have your partner or spouse as a named driver-they will only tell you this after a claim.They have a lot of clauses which you only realise after you need to make a claim I would recommend as with all policies to look at what they do insure-which as I said isnt much.They are cheap for a reason. You never think it will happen but when it does unless your claim is watertight they will find a way out of it. I would say rather than saving 100 pounds a year that you make sure what you are being covered for. They wouldnt even give me a temporary insurance to drive a new car back from the garage-we dont do that they said. I am in the process of cancelling my policy. It seems that they have changed a lot from when I was first insured with them a few years ago.
