Servis customer service is the worst i have ever dealt with. my fridge freezer just stopped working all of a sudden. i have lost well over a hundred pounds worth of frozen food.........all they could offer was me paying them sixteen pounds a month for 10 months to send an engineer out in 3 weeks time. absolutly awful service for a fridge freezer that is 14 months old..
