Customer service for US Airways is almost nonexistent. The flight attendants are rude and aren't helpful at all. I had four seats for my family, all last minute due to a death in the family, and of course our seats were not together. I have 2 younger children. Not having seats together was tough and of course it wasn't their problem. When I was standing in line to fix this one of the agents said next to the elderly woman in front of me and she didn't hear her so the agent then said "what, are you standing there for your health". I have flown a lot and this is the worst experience I have ever had. I will not fly US Airways again.
