I have been charged £35 by 353 Car Rental for returning the car with a half tank of petrol when we had actually returned the car with a full tank of petrol. The man inspecting the vehicle at Knock airport looked over the car with us, sat in the drivers seat, turned the ignition on and checked the fuel guage. He said he agreed the petrol level showed full. Week later I have been charged. Have called 353 twice. They do not phone back. They lady at the Knock airport said she would need to check with they boys booking the car in. There were no boys just an old man who cheerily told us to be on our way.
