When we booked the Southwest Airline tickets there was some mistake with the booking and we got billed twice on our credit card. As my husband and I were traveling a lot we did not notice this on our credit card bill and made the credit card payment. However we found out that we had paid for a ticket twice in July and sent out a mail to Southwest. They made the necessary checks and refunded the money without any hassle! They also called us to let us know that we would be credited on the credit card we used! We were really pleased with their customer service. They were very prompt about the refund even though we spotted the mistake 5 months after the payment was made. Keep up the good work, Southwest!
