i only have problems with parcels2go when i use parcel force! failed collections, damaged goods etc.
i can`t fault dhl they have never let me down, i only use parcel force for parcels going outside of the uk because they are cheaper, but nearly everytime they let me down, you are better of paying the extra and using dhl!
when i have problems i find the staff @ parcel2go a bit rude and un-helpful, you get told different things by different staff and they are slow getting back to you! and dont believe what your telling them!
once they promised me a refund because i waited in for p.f for 3 days, then they decided i couldn`t have my promised refund?
overall i would say use parcels2go but try and stick with dhl!!!
