Just returned from a weeks holiday at Vauxhall Holiday Park, Great Yarmouth.
Good points first ...
*Great entertainment (compared to other parks)-my 6 yr old loves it.
Party dances/shows/bands/comedians etc.in the Regency room.
Adult entertainment in the Starlight room.
*Outdoor adventure play area is the best I have seen - all wooded climbing areas with zip wire ride.
*Indoor play area is fine with arcade games and Bowlingo.
*Sports bar is good with Snooker/darts/Large TV screen.
*Caravans/Chalets are good standard.
*Takeaway food outlets are fairly good quality.
*Close to the attractions in Great Yarmouth.
Bad points ....
*Expensive drinks (£3.50 a pint) and quality poor.Usually flat and watery.
*Poor quality food in the Reedcutters restaurant.
*Rubbish parents who leave their kids to wander off (but this can happen anywhere).
Overall,another great holiday (bearing in mind it is a Caravan Park and not Florida).
Would recommend for Families with children and for adults.
