Must agree with many of the comments regarding Artisan. My experience of the Glasgow store is very similar to those experienced in Edinburgh. Like many people, I was told 8 to 12 weeks for delivery however, i have been waiting for 20 weeks for delivery. Have phoned customer services on several occassions only to be told that delivery will be within two weeks on each occassion. Feel that they are fobbing me off. To have to wait up to 6 months for delivery before you can claim your deposit back is outrageous (and probably illegal). Would not recommend Artisan to my worst enemy and won't be shopping their again. NOT HAPPY.
