The Redfern Eurosteam iron NEVER worked. It would puff a little steam, but not enough to iron anything. When I finally returned it according to the instructions on the warranty, the iron "disappeared". Apparently, they hadn't been at that location for at least 3 years.....and now it was MY FAULT that I had shipped it there. Also - they "now" require you to call and get a "return authorization" which wasn't part of the instructions with my iron. So it's my fault that I DIDN'T get a return authorization....and my fault that I mailed it to a non-existent address. Which, by the way, cost me $34 to do!!! Customer service was NON-EXISTENT and I'm still trying to get an iron or my money back! (I know - good luck with that!) :(
