I booked a motel in Cape Cod for one night through Expedia and payed $150 on the phone. When I reached the Motel, there was nobody at the front desk. Then I found out that the Motel does not have a lisence to run and the room rent if $50 NOT $150! I reached at 6 pm on Saturday evening thinking I will head out for a nice dinner by the beach but my night got ruined becasue I spent 3 hrs looking for a place to stay after that!
When I called Expedia, the CS person gave me another number to call becasue he said he could not help me. No one ever picks up the phone on the number that he gave to me!
