Bought a suite from wickes to store in garage until plumber was able to fit me in as there was a sale on. Ordered mixer taps to compliment the suite at an extra cost. When the plumber fitted the suite we realised that the taps had not been included but wickes would not accept liability for this. they could see on their compluters that i had paid extra for the taps but only offered to refund a tenner despite the taps costing a lot more! the staff were rude and not willing to help at all. i have refused to shop there any more and friends and family no longer shop there.
