Very poor customer service at Barclays Bank. They continually claim not to have received a document that has been physically sent to them (and returned by them) and faxed to them on countless occasions. Apparently their systems are incapable of being wrong so it is me that is mistaken when I think I have sent it (i.e. they are accusing me of lying to them). When I have questioned the efficacy of their systems they have gone on the defensive claiming that I am accusing them of lying ... pretty rich really. When I finally resolve the current issue I will make sure that I never transact any business with their entire banking group again.
