My dog had a foreign body in her ear recently for which the vet had to operate immediately under general anaesthetic. Although my Sainsburys PetCare Pet Insurance claim was not a huge one (£150)there was no dispute about paying and a cheque was received within 2 weeks. Only complaint I have is that my premium went up by £10 a month, but this seems to be the norm.
