I've been a Cahoot Internet Banking customer for over 5 years. In the last few months the customer service has steadily got worse. You query something, and they don't listen to your query. You ask a question, and they don't actually READ the question. Instead they seem content to say it's your problem. Of particular note are the aggressive customer service who when faced with having to admit a mistake refuse to and simply terminate the conversation. Given their lack of ability to answer/solve even simple questions I have - after 5 years - moved to another provider.
