I have used LOreal preference excellence cream no 9 Oslo for a number of years now and have been very pleased with the result ( was a natural blonde anyway until some grey arrived). I recently bought the same colour as normal and was horrified when about five minutes the colour of the liquid was turning a horrible dirty grey black colour instead of the usual golden red! I was used to. I panicked and immediately washed the lot off as I knew something was wrong. The result fortunately you might say) was instead of a natural blonde my hair is now a light ash nondescript colour. The worst thing about this is the fact that the colour on the bottle stated it was no. 9 Oslo. I have since done a strand test and the end result was a dirty grey colour. Thank god I washed it off !!!
