Paid £900 for 4 days in July, for Club Accomodation, don't know why I bothered upgrading because they are disgusting. Spent the whole four days in Blackpool because nothing to do in the Camp, swimming pool smelled of urine, nothing for kids to do during the day, When we got home we discovered my little girls ipod missing, i phoned Pontins Blackpool to ask if it had been handed in they said they would get back to me, after four further calls they told me nothing had been found i also discovered we had left a bag of the kids stuff, ie a football, slippers, a cuddly toy, I phoned and spoke to them and after seven phone calls I have been told they have not found anything and that they have contract cleaners and it is up to them to hand anything found in (what a joke) if you go make sure you don't leave anything as you have no chance of getting it back (even the manager forgot to put the phone on hold and I heard her say this stupid woman is on about a bag with stuff in it ) Customer service what a joke I am not really bothered about the items they have all been replace but it is the principal of the matter as for the place in itself I would never return we have been going for 20 years on and of but it cannot possibly get any more run down and i am sure if the enviromental health and health and safety went in the place would be closed down for ever
