Excellent customer service!!!



I ordered a brand new battery from Espow International Limited

. But when I received my order, the box was not sealed.

The customer service people at Espow were ready to send me an exchange or refund the full amount.



The battery seems to be working fine and I didn't want to go though the hassle of returning it and waiting for the exchange. So I decided to keep the one I got.



But the people at Espow seems to really care about their customers and I would highly recommend them.
