Phone quality terrible (5 BB Edge in less than 1 year). Very poor customer care. Pickup up drivers got address wrong and I still had to pay for missed delivery, twice - amazingly, they no longer have the contract!
Orange Phone deal options not as good as other networks, in terms of minutes and messages.
Europe phone charges not as good as say Vodafone
Would have liked to know what indeed the best phone, package was when I was phoned up for new contract.
