Came to the ipod range late in life but needed something to replace my aging (but excellent) Palm and a fiddly poorly constructed Creative MP3. My son recommended ipod touch as it had all I needed. Settled for 8GB and have had lots of fun and use out of it. Love the fact that I can check emails, watch music YouTube videos, keep my calender, contacts and notes up to date. And it feels good - screen is very clear. Not good for too much typing with my stubby fingers. One big drawback is there is very little info in the box to get you started so you have to access Apple site or work it out yourself! The battery doesn't go for as long as is stated. Love the ability to add apps.(many free) via itunes! Brilliant.
