I totally agree with everything all these people are saying. I have had my Brita water chiller for approx 1 year and the cooling system went and all I got was warm water and now it does not work at all. It sounds like it is a common fault so I think the company should rectify this problem and take all the old ones off the market and replace if necessary, they are not cheap, and for just to last 9mths to 1 year I think its ridiculous. At first I thought they were good so I bought my Son one for Christmas, his wife bought one for her grandad and they hae both gone the same way. Something should be done.
