We have just returned from our week long holiday at Blue Dolphin near Filey. We took our tourer caravan and was our first and last visit to the site. When we checked in we were given our plot only to discover someone else setting up their caravan there, we had to wait for staff to move them on. Then when the country is in the middle of a pandemic I was horrified by the toilets and showers, absolutely filthy!!!!! The mens first....... no toilet roll for a full week, no hand wash in any dispensers for a full week, very rare to find a toilet which was not blocked and full of other peoples mess!!! Excrement smeared around toilets and walls, utterly disgusting. The ladies were not much better, showers were horrid kept going off, not very warm at all and also toilets blocked on a regular basis. I am going to take this further as the facilities were not fit for animals let alone humans.
Please note I an only giving it one star as the system doesn't allow you to give no stars!!!!!
