I have had dealings with SMS for the last fortnight, I too have found the call centre staff to be unhelpful. I find the fact that this company does not always obtain a signature for legal documents being delivered completely unacceptable. A passport is a legal document and should be signed for when delivered, posting it through a door and then taking a photograph of the door is, in my opinion, disgraceful. How do the couriers of SMS know that the property they are delivering to is not a shared property?? Answer is, they don't! I find it hard to believe that the Government still use this company given the amount of complaints I have read online about them. Absolutely appalling company in my opinion.
