Purchased an Apple Time capsule 1tb from Comet, reasonable price £349.99 and the usual price for one was £375, but later that week Apple introduced the 2tb vesion so the price of this one dropped to £229.99, seeing as I hadnt properly used it yet (literally just plugged it in once) I thought I might try and return it and get a refund, then buy one for £229.99 but because I had plugged it in that classified it being 'used' and they would not accept any sort of refund.

I then phoned up the customer support to see what options I had, got put through to a very rude customer support worker saying basically the same thing talking down to me as though I didn't know what I was talking about.

Overall they price was OK but don't expect to return your product or any sort of intelligent or polite customer service.
