Absolutely rubbish company. Customer service is appalling, the bills are hard to follow and a rip off. Was sent a bill for £65 more than I owed, they refuse to acknowledge letters or emails and instead cut your phone off for £20. Now my bill was paid 2 days after it was due, I pay by standing order, and they cut my phone off. Cant phone them to sort it. They also ask for payments every 3 weeks, and now I cannot get onto the website to view latest bill. Am now switching back to BT. Primus are rubbish, do not waste your time with this substandard company.
