The site is very nicely landscaped and to our delight ,as we had four children with us, were given a pitch close to the outdoor play area.
However on visiting the main building discovered there was a £2.50 charge per person per session to use the indoor play area. As we were paying £31.00 per night to pitch our tent and small Gazebo we felt the £2.50 charge totally unnacceptable and despite rainy weather did not use the facilty. Also we were not happy to find the swimming pool had no lifeguard and closed at 5pm. Children regardless of their age or swimming ability have to be accompanied and everytime you use the pool u have to tell reception u r going in and coming out. Also called 'Sea View' we expected to be able to see the sea??? We had a good holiday but feel the site over charges for the facilties its provides and misleads prospective campers by not declaring there hidden charges and regimented procedures. Had a good holiday but WON T use Sea View again.
