I have had the worst experience in my life with Habitat Nottingham. My own store closed following a purchase of cutlery - Katja which developed on 4 knives a series of rusty stains. Whilst they claim this cutlery to be 'dishwasher safe.'IT CERTAINLY IS NOT AND HAS TO BE WASHED BY HAND TO keep it looking anything like decent. Why do they advertise dishwasher safe if it isnt? Don't ask them for a refund without your cash receipt. British law states that a retailer CANNOT DEMAND A CASH RECEIPT FOR FAULTY GOODS. Somebody should tell Habitat owned for past 16 years by Swedish rubbish company IKEA brand. Had I known that I would never have bought from them in the first place.
