Simply awful. I've had phones on numerous networks over the years so understand the standard they should be, Tesco fails quite spectacularly. Text messages have about a 25% success rate, yet they charge whether they work or fail. I rang customer services about this and they "informed" me that it is not their fault, must be the other network. Sounds possible, except I've had messages fail to all the leading networks time after time. The problem is with Tesco. I've spent my last £5 of credit mainly on text messages, and approximately 10 out of 50 texts have reached their target, the others simply disappear into Tesco's ever deepening pockets. I'm just on my way in store to demand my money for the handset and lost credit be reimbursed as customer service for Tesco mobile is useless.
