I have 3 of my dogs insured with Bank of Scotland Pet Insurance and it is great value. One of my dogs has an ongoing condition and I have been claiming monthly now for the past 6 months. I always have my cheque through within 5 days of them receiving the claim with no queries. Am really happy with them. Have also had other claims for another of my dogs and never a problem. Would recommend to friends and have done on many occasions.
