NEVER AGAIN!

Arrived to what we thought was a three star all inclusive hotel in Majorca only to find what can only be desribed as awful.

The sheets were bloodstained, ashtrays and used glasses were left for days before being emptied and there was a foul odour of sick throughout the complex.
Just when we thought we had seen enough, we opened the rotting sliding door only to find a wrung out pair of pants on the balcony area. NICE!!!!!!

This Thomas Cook hotel was not just oversubscribed but poor value for money overall especially for a three star complex. In my opinion I would have rated it as 1/2 star.

We didn't expect to have to queue for half an hour for a drink so we spent more money in order to improve our holiday by leaving the complex for better staffed establishments.
