My 22 year old son insured is Peugeot with them. At 11mnths 2 weeks, he bought a Toyota but they refused to give him another year no claims bonus even though he had to go through Morethan "select" because of the type of car.(£900). Within 6 weeks of insuring, his car was wrote off by "postman pat's van". Postman Pat's company took full responsibility after 2weeks and settled the claim for damage, sent a cheque etc. Morethan wont close down his account because it is "still active with the claim" and they have him down as being resonsible although we have told them that the claim has been settled. Also, they wont give him proof of no claims (3years) to his new co! but will reinsure him for £2200!
