I bought the golden brown colour to put on my fading colour (med brown which had started to fade into a marmalade blonde) left for ten minutes and am horrified to say my hairs now black. im a very pale skin colour and look ridiculous. (i dyed my hair black a year ago to find out how terrible i looked n never wanted to be black again, last time it cost a small fortune to get rid of it). not happy at all and will never buy LOreal Excellence Cream again.
