Blackpool Pontins is basically in a state of disrepair.
Chalets are poor quality, damp and smelly. Bed linen was clean, but everything else was awful. Electrical kettle constantly tripping whole electric board. Damp patch on floor of bedroom. Customer service non existant, customer complaints service non existant. Can't find ANY contact info for complaints or even complaints procedure details. Most staff OK, but managerial staff didn't seem to want to listen even if they were polite and courteous. WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK TO ANY PONTINS SITE.
1 more point - after reporting these problems on our 2nd day, nothing was fixed or sorted even when we left 4 days later.
