I have had no end of problems with Talk Talk and their customer services are shockingly. The broadband connection kept dropping at least once a week and the ping times for online games varied from 100 - 300. The technical team wasn't very helpful if there was a problem - you would get a person with no knowledge to start of with and only after 15 minutes of going through the same process(have you tried turning it off for 10 seconds etc) would you get to goto the next techie level, but this is only after you wait for 20 minutes for them to generate an escalated problem call on their system. This is no good - if I have a problem I want it sorted now, not in 20 minutes.
Have tried leaving Talk Talk and this has generated more problems than it's worth - they keep trying to find loop holes where they can get their £70 cancellation clause from me.
