I wish I had read this reviews before signing up with eBike as all the bad points have been try even 4th Dimension can't get it right.
They take your money, will not answer the phone, will not respond to Emails even after 2 days to resolve NCB issues that Bennett's caused!
Changed to eBike and 2 days later BMW M3 driver turns left on me no signal and 4th Dimension send Tax Disc to the BMW driver!!!! Bike is right off and now Ebike has cancelled insurance due to NCD and demanded more money.
Not my fault accident.
Due to no response from eBikeI don't know if I'll get money for bike, insurance reclaim from BMW driver, what a mess and you can't talk to them.
I would not give them any stars but you have to to complete is review.
