I recently selected my wedding jewellery from Ernest Jones, thinking I would get a better quality product, as my Parents were buying it for me as a gift, they paid £120 for earrings and a necklace and I was pleased with them. However, I then found out by chance, that they had exactly the same items in Argos for half the price and that Ernest Jones sell for higher than the RRP. i guess I just expected that I was getting a little bit better quality from them but really they are just overcharging consumers which makes you think that you are buying something a bit special, but clearly you are not. Their customer services also ignored my emails!
