We love our Vauxhall Zafira Comfort 2.0 DTI, the real workhorse of the family.
It is huge on the inside, and it carries everything at the back, including shopping, bikes garden rubbish, and furniture from Ikea with no problems at all.
The last 2 seats at the back are rather small however the kids love them when we need to transport 7 people. We only tend to carry 4.
Plenty of legroom. And we have had only one problem with the car over 5 years - and that was fixed for £30!
Driving the car is fair, it's not a sports car but the engine does have plenty of umph... motorway cruising is pleasant - and you can easily cruise at a relatively high speed.

Would definitely recommend.
