As so many other reviewers, I really would like to stay with Co-operative Bank for ethical reasons but simply have to move now as the online banking is so unreliable. Sorry - reliably awful. I've waited over 8 months for it to be fixed, but finally have to concentrate on my actual business not their status bar.
No progress, no updates, only excuses - and a suggestion to phone through payments. Phone through my staff's bank and salary details in an open plan office?
Sorry guys, we're all Corba'd out.
