Access to my Control Panel was denied about a month before the annual renewal fees were due, because they had found that the credit card details I originally supplied had expired. In my view their Terms & Conditions on this point are unfair. I don't mind a reminder to update my card details, but denying access even though I didn't owe them money is shady. Around the time of my renewal, attempts were made to obtain 2 amounts totalling 1,500GBP - not attributed to streamline, but from another company via the same acquiring bank - I believe that this situation is not uncommon.
