Dealing with this company cost me a lot of stress and money. I booked an overseas flight through BTS 2 months ahead of time, since they gave me the best price ($6700 for 4 tickets to europe), got a confirmation. But when showed up at the airport, I discovered that the tickets have been booked, and then canceled. That's it. No notice, nothing. I had to pay $9000 for the tickets I could have gotten for $7000 from Expedia. Customer support was agressive and unhelpful, their point was: you had to do a better job making sure we issued the tickets. Ridiculous, as I went to their website 2 days before departure, and the ststus of my tickets was OK, I even printed out the itenirary, etc.
